He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology from University of Kerala. An alumnus of IIT Kharagpur where he obtained his post masters’ diploma in Industrial Management, he was also trained by Tavistok School of Human Relations’ faculty in the UK in individual and group development processes. “RR” served Unilever Group of companies for over three decades and held several positions including as CHRO. And towards the closure of his long innings, he served as Coach for Board level leaders, and OD Advisor for HUL and Unilever’s Regional Business Group, Singapore. While in Unilever London where he was seconded earlier in his career, he was trained by Hay Mcber as a Leadership Coach. He is an alumnus of Stanford and Michigan Universities through their management education programmes.

Over the past 13 years at Schneider Electric, she has taken on five strategically significant roles spanning both global and India focused responsibilities. Her expertise encompasses the entire breadth of finance—ranging from accounting and controlling to FP&A, commercial finance, and strategic investment partnering.
Ms. Myloth’s career at Schneider Electric began as a Manager in the Accounting Center, where she led a 50+ member team and played a key role in establishing shared services set up for the Power Systems business in India. In 2015, she transitioned to the Country Commercial Organization supporting the Digital Energy line of business. She later became the Financial Controller for the India R&D Center. In 2019, she moved to the Energy Management Business Unit as FP&A Lead for ESXP and Global Technology. Since 2022, Ms Myloth has been the Finance Partner for Schneider Electric’s Energy Management CTO organization, driving financial governance and investment evaluation for innovation programs.
