Mr. Pant holds a total experience of 32 years including as global strategy management

and change management leader who advises Chief Executive Officers. Mr. Pant was a strategy
consultant at a major global firm, where he led the worldwide Utility Practice. While at GE
he led
change management initiatives.
Mr. Pant received an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a
bachelor’s
in engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
Mr. Pant is an Independent Director on the Boards of several major companies. He is the
Chairman of the Board, Audit Committee and Stakeholder’s Relationship Committee and Member

Mr. R R Nair is a Coach for CXOs & CEOs from diverse industrial sectors, both large Indian
and
MNCs. He is also a consultant to businesses on ‘HR Strategy’ and ‘Leadership and
Organization
Development’. He serves on the Boards of a few companies as an Independent Director. He
holds
a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology from University of Kerala. An alumnus of IIT
Kharagpur
where he obtained his post masters’ diploma in Industrial Management, he was also trained by
Tavistok School of Human Relations’ faculty in the UK in individual and group development
processes. “RR” served Unilever Group of companies for over three decades and held several
positions including as CHRO. And towards the closure of his long innings, he served as Coach
for Board level leaders, and OD Advisor for HUL and Unilever’s Regional Business Group,
Singapore. While in Unilever London where he was seconded earlier in his career, he was
trained
by Hay Mcber as a Leadership Coach. He is an alumnus of Stanford and Michigan Universities
through their management education programmes.
“RR” also served on the Academic Council of Tata Management Training Centre Pune, Lowe
Lintas’s Centre for Executive Education, HR Technical Committee of Reserve Bank of India,
and
Confederation of Indian Industry’s National HR Council. ‘RR’ actively associated himself
with the
HR and leadership development space in the country. He has been associated with ISB’s
prestigious LSTM programme as a Leadership Coach for over a decade. He was chosen by
NHRD Network for the National Award for outstanding contribution to the HR function. He was
also conferred the Life-Time Achievement Award by CNBC-KPMG. Coaching Foundation India,
in recognition of his exemplary lifetime achievement in facilitating the growth of human
potential
as a Coach & mentor, admitted him as Honorary Fellow. He co-edited a publication entitled
“Managing Transition”.

Mr. Prabhu Praveen Das is a Manufacturing and Supply Chain professional with 29 years of experience with 24 years in Schneider Electric handling diverse roles in Supply Chain operations based out of India. In his previous roles, he was associated with Wipro GE Médicals India Pvt Ltd and Motorola India Pvt Ltd and handled various Manufacturing and Service operations.
Mr. Das holds National Apprenticeship Certificate in Electronics and Communication (3 years Industrial Training and Certification) and Executive General Management Programme Certification from IIM-Bangalore.

Ms. Chitra Sukumar is currently holding the position of SVP- Digital Engineering and Tech Debt in Schneider Electric, driving the standardization and digitization of the engineering practices across Schneider Electric globally to enhance speed of innovation. She carries over 26 years of leadership experience in multi-disciplinary global R&D departments responsible for the full life cycle of product lines, building world-class software development teams in India, and driving a platform approach to product development. She has worked extensively in geographically distributed global teams in matrix organizations in the highly regulated industries like healthcare. Ms. Mariamma Myloth brings over two decades of rich experience in the finance domain across both manufacturing and service industries. Over the past 13 years at Schneider Electric, she has taken on five strategically significant roles spanning both global and India focused responsibilities. Her expertise encompasses the entire breadth of finance—ranging from accounting and controlling to FP&A, commercial finance, and strategic investment partnering.
Ms. Myloth’s career at Schneider Electric began as a Manager in the Accounting Center, where she led a 50+ member team and played a key role in establishing shared services set up for the Power Systems business in India. In 2015, she transitioned to the Country Commercial Organization supporting the Digital Energy line of business. She later became the Financial Controller for the India R&D Center. In 2019, she moved to the Energy Management Business Unit as FP&A Lead for ESXP and Global Technology. Since 2022, Ms Myloth has been the Finance Partner for Schneider Electric’s Energy Management CTO organization, driving financial governance and investment evaluation for innovation programs.
She has contributed to several enterprise level transformation initiatives, including the Schneider Electric Group Company’s demerger during the L&T acquisition, the FRRD transformation, the Schneider new campus transition program, and multiple global process transitions.
As a qualified Chartered Accountant, she also holds additional professional certifications in IFRS and ISO. She has further strengthened her strategic and leadership capabilities through renowned executive programs such as the HEC Paris LNF Program, WeVent’s CFO Series, and the Women in Leadership Program.
